It has come to our attention that a company and past client, residing in Canada, has been selling unauthorized counterfeit products identical to the 1st generation PolarFLO PMD coolers.  These coolers are not authorized for production.  These 1st generation BLUE PMD coolers, while they worked, were inferior to the performance of the current 2nd generation GOLD PMD coolers.  We stopped manufacturing the BLUE 1st gen coolers at the end of 2006 and sold the remaining inventory to a company in Canada.  We have had problems with this company arising from customer complaints regarding product quality.  We have informed customers of the company (only company in Canada that sells a BLUE PMD cooler) that there is nothing we can do to help them becuase it is not our product.  We then refer them to the Canadian Import Authority if they wish to pursue it further.  Below are some pictures emailed to us by a company in China that produces the counterfeits.  The company name is:

This company produced pictures of the conditions and products they offer.  The counterfeit BLUE PMD coolers are regularly marketed through eBay. Buyer beware!  If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.  All of our products are proudly made in the USA!!!
